A nossa atividade foca-se na produção de todo o tipo de molas, desde molas de Zig-Zag a molas técnicas, torção, compressão, molas em fita e ainda conformados de arame e aço, anilhas, prensadores e uniões.
Somos líderes no fabrico de molas zig zag, com uma capacidade de produção de 70.000 molas zig zag por dia.
Com mais de 30 anos de história contamos, entre os nossos clientes, com os maiores fabricantes de sofás, que confiam na qualidade e inovação da Soares & Simões.
A Soares & Simões, empresa líder no fabrico de molas zig zag, reduziu 50 toneladas de emissões de co2 com um investimento em 220 painéis solares que lhe permite a produção de um total de 61.000 quilowatts-hora por ano.
A par do investimento energético a empresa apostou também na melhoria da qualidade do ar dentro das instalações fabris com a aplicação de filtros de ar e equipamentos que permitem uma melhoria de aproximadamente 70% do ar respirável comparativamente aos processos de fabrico tradicionais.
